Blackford Design has a 7-day Exchange policy on this website and at events/ markets, which means you have 7 days after receiving or purchasing your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, Contact Us. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Also if an exchange is granted original shipping costs are not refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, the value of the exchanged item will be used against your next purchase.
